Mountaineer, expeditionist and adventurer

Cecilie Skog is a Norwegian adventurer, polar explorer, mountaineer, writer and TV personality. She is the only woman in the world to have reached both the "three poles" – The North Pole, the South Pole and Mount Everest – and the top of the highest mountain on each continent – Seven Summits. In 2010, Cecilie crossed the Antarctic (1800 km) without supplies. No Norwegians have climbed several mountains over 8000 meters – Cho Oyu, Mount Everest, K2, Manaslu and Lhotse.

Cecilie Skog is a trained nurse and has studied outdoor life at Volda University College. She has several years of experience as a mountain and glacier leader at home and abroad.
